This is perfect for making Thai green chilli and green chilli pastes.

THAI GREEN CURRY RECIPE
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp ET’S Authentic Green Chilli powder.
- 6 chicken thighs, skin and bones removed, cut into strips
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- handful trimmed green beans
- salt and black pepper
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a high heat.
Add the chicken strips and then add the Green Chilli powder. Stir in a few tablespoons of water and coat the chicken. Continue to stir-fry for 1–2 minutes,
Add the coconut milk, lime leaves, fish sauce and sugar – stir well. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer. Simmer until the sauce has thickened (8-10 minutes).
Add the green beans and simmer for 2–3 minutes, until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
