This is a wonderfully hot and spicy green chilli powder made from a blend of local green chillies.

We hand blend the chillies to make a remarkable green chilli powder that will add bite and fragrance to your next chilli dish.

This is perfect for making Thai green chilli and green chilli pastes.

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp ET’S Authentic Green Chilli powder.
  • 6 chicken thighs, skin and bones removed, cut into strips
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • handful trimmed green beans
  • salt and black pepper
  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a high heat.

  2. Add the chicken strips and then add the Green Chilli powder. Stir in a few tablespoons of water and coat the chicken. Continue to stir-fry for 1–2 minutes,

  3. Add the coconut milk, lime leaves, fish sauce and sugar – stir well. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer. Simmer until the sauce has thickened (8-10 minutes).

  4. Add the green beans and simmer for 2–3 minutes, until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
