The curry powder comes in either 50g or 100g resealable zip lock pouches. It does not contain any additives, fillers or anti caking agents.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Heat ghee in a pan then add chopped onions and garlic and saute.
Add vegetables or meat and cook through.
Add curry powder (to taste but start with one tablespoon, maybe two). Add a little water if necessary and stir continuously until it begins to thicken.
Add 100ml coconut milk and simmer until the sauce thickens to required amount.
