The curry powder comes in a 50g resealable zip lock pouches. It does not contain any additives, fillers or anti caking agents.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Heat ghee in a pan then add chopped onions and garlic and saute.
Add vegetables or meat and cook through.
Add curry powder (to taste but start with one tablespoon, maybe two). Add a little water if necessary and stir continuously until it begins to thicken.
Add 100ml coconut milk and simmer until the sauce thickens to required amount.
