TURMERIC CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE
120 g green beans
14 g honey
2 large garlic cloves
15 g fresh ginger
1 chicken stock cube
1 teaspoon hot chilli flakes
1 tablespoon freshly grated Turmeric powder
3 Cardamom pods
3 fresh lime leaves
4 chicken thigh fillets
200 ml coconut milk.
Heat fry pan with ghee (preferably).
Slice onion and fry along with the garlic (crushed).
Grate ginger into fry pan and stir.
When onions translucent add chicken thighs and sear both sides.
Add chicken stock cube and enough water. Stir.
Crush cardamom pods and add to the dish along with chilli flakes and turmeric.
Stir and add lime leaves.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Then add coconut milk and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favourite rice and a few slices of cucumber on the side (to take the heat from your mouth)
