BLACK PEPPERCORNS USES AND RECIPE
Black Peppercorns are perfect freshly ground over pasta, meats, or salads.
For a classic peppercorn sauce, crush 1 tsp of black peppercorns and sauté in butter. Add 1/2 cup cream and a splash of brandy or beef stock, simmering until thick. Serve over steak or grilled mushrooms. Whole peppercorns can also be added to broths and pickles for extra flavour.
