Simple Cayenne-Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cayenne powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
Toss with olive oil, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy.
