In a saucepan, heat 1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup water, and 1 tbsp pickling salt until dissolved.
Let cool.
Slice 2–3 cucumbers (or any veggies you like) and pack into a clean jar with garlic, dill, and a few peppercorns.
Pour the cooled brine over the veggies, seal, and refrigerate. They’ll be tangy and crunchy in 24–48 hours.
